Man i'm busy. The new game is really coming along
quickly now, with tons of new stuff added since my last
post. I've got the bulk of the menu stuff done,
including all the stuff tied with the game itself (like
challenges/achievements and shop intefaces etc.) and
some really cool high score stuff that let's you track
your progress through the game that i think you'll all
like. Also, most of the detals and effects for the
power-up/combo/bonus system are all in place, and look
really cool! there is a few new pics below showing some
of these off, the slot machine at the botton of the
pictures works in the game as a kind of scalable bomb,
so the higher your combo, the more effective the bomb.
Also, if you have a blog that you keep, there could be a copy of Bullet Candy here with your name on it! So get in touch (using an email address that i can verify from your blog/site obviously) and i'll see what i can do. my email address is linked at the foot of this page or you can use the contact page on the menu at the right.
Cheers

Welcome To The New Charlie's Games Website!
Well, it's about time I got a new site up, the one that
this has replaced was only meant to be a placeholder,
but ended up rather out staying it's welcome!
I've taken some time to write a proper play guide for Bullet Candy, explaining the techniques and secrets that are useful to know while playing, and also should help people get onto the online score table. take a look here: Clicky-clicky
At present, work is well underway on a new game, which i hope will be released by the end of this year. It's already looking several orders of magnitide better than Bullet Candy, and has some really cool gameplay features that should feel quite new to you guys when it's finally released, but i'm keeping those things a secret for now. I'll be releasing some new screens every so often as teasers to wet your appetites for shooty stuff over the next few weeks and months, and i'll be posting some videos too, as the game looks much better in action.
For now, here are a couple of screens that don't give too much away:
